Not much to say, the 2 year protection is great, covers everything needed to take your mind off of worrying!

I recommend on any purchase over $500. We used this on our TV last month and they were great about replacing it.

I never buy anything with out Geek Squad insurance plan. That's way I shop at Best Buy and not Walmart or Target. Thank you Best Buy :-) Jesus Christ loves loves you!

Geek squad protection always a good idea. They give you excellent free in-home service. I have needed them in the past, and one time, paid for itself.

the protection plan is a must purchase item things happen when i had an accident they fixed it no problem

Geek squad is on the job,nothing like having the squad on board

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

I bought this plan along with Sony xbr55x830d and as soon as I switched on tv , it had sound problem and due to this plan I got brand new factory packed tv.

G.etting insurance against defect or damage is a no brainer in my book ,some thing always goes wrong the second year of a purchase ---I'm prepared this time

We didn't have to use Geek Squad for this purchase but for other devices they've been the greatest!! Highly recommend.

So far, it's been 2 years and the TV is STILL good. I hope I can use this just in case. I only got 3 years left.

You never if your product will just randomly fail on you. just buy the warranty to be safe than sorry.
