    We haven't had to use for our tv yet but use every year for our useless frigidaire refrigerator ice maker! Sad when its 3 years old!

    Takes about 15 seconds to turn on. Sometimes when turned off, picture disappears but screen and tv stay in. Still waiting for almost a year fir geek squad to install it as promised when I bought it!! Sent 3 emails so far...

    We love this protection plan. We had it on our rca tv and the plan had to replace it with another tv free of charge. I got it again for our new tv.
