    LG 86" tv Model:86UR7800PU ASKU:6553099 The picture is ok, the sound is fair, the remote is awful. Geek squad did a great job getting my broken tv replaced. I picked the wrong replacement. Hate the tv!

    Haven't had to us for the TV so that says a lot about the tv. But if we did I feel confident Best Buy program would deliver on service.
