The agent did an amazing job of a wall-mounted TV and made sure it worked for the size of our family room.

My children and I watched the mounting program on the we and was able to do it ourselves. Peace of mind

The Geek Squad protection is a good quality product and is fairly reasonably priced.

Looks like it is worth the $ to get it. I usually don't go for extended warrantees but this was too good to pass up.

I buy extended warranties because I don't want to deal with the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor, get the extended warranty and have peace of mind.

In haven't used them but my mothers roku tv busted and due to the damage was internal the warranty was no good. I wish I didn't purchase this but in didnt find out until three weeks after purchase when her tv messed up.

Service was easy to obtain and makes me feel secure.

If you buy anything of value from Best Buy their warranties are great and so easy if you need to use them.

The 39" HDTV is wonderful. The picture is very crisp and clear. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it highly. It was also easy to set up, so I could do it myself.

The service department was good to work with and they went out of their way to get things going for me during the holidays...although I didn't get the TV until 12/28!
