This protection gives me peace of mind knowing Best Buy will take care of issues should there be a problem and my mom will not have to worry about any cost out of her pocket.

This gives me the satisfaction of having 5 years of service with peace of mind. I used this once and Geek Squad was able to come out and do the repair without additional charges.
