    When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!

    Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my tv. Had to use it after 3 years worth every penny!

    Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

    I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!
