I bought the protection plan for my tv had a issue geek squad took care of it but took almost a month i still recomend getting the protection plan for any new tv if your tv has any defects they fix it even if takes awhile they take care of it

We bought this to cover a big screen television. We don't as a rule purchase warranties but this will cover any repairs. The best part is they will come to you to do the repairs.

I personally believe it's always a good idea to purchase Geek Squad Protection. Initially if u only have money for the product you can still purchase the warranty I believe up to two weeks after purchase.

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

I always get protection for all my products. Convenient for pass the time to return incase of manufacturer error

Having a Protection plan is always a good thing when you think it might not last as long as the warranty

Very happy we spent the money to have the Squad install our tv and sound bar. The install would have taken a lot longer if we had tried to do it ourselves and then we would have wondered if we had done everything correctly.

There if you need help. Talk you through any issues that you might have.

For a small expense, its nice to know our product is covered for years to come!

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

I purchased a plasma TV several years ago and it stopped working a couple months before the warranty ended. The plan ordered a new part and fixed my 5 year old TV making it essentially brand new. The one downside was it took about 2 months for them to get the part for the TV.

Can never go wrong with Geek Squad protection. A must have when purchasing tech from Best Buy

Geek squad was very helpful when it came to all of the questions we had.

No need for any service yet, but the price makes a 5-year warranty worth it.

Made sure to take this out on my OLED tv, covers everything but accidental damage.

I always buy a warranty for my television! You may never know what could happen! I bought 5 tvs and had to use the warranty 2x it will take about less then a week to get a new TV as soon as you call

This is GREAT if I have to use it, BUT I am hoping to never have to use it!

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.
