This OLED TV looks beautiful and runs like a beast for gaming on console and PC.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

The agent didn't connect the TV. We love our TV but I do have a question if you don't use your warranty do you get money back

I WOULD ALWAYS purchase protection and very happy I did when I purchased my original television the coverage has just replaced.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

Never leave Best Buy without it. Protection value outweighs not having it at all.

I’ve never had to use this service and hope I never do which is why I buy Samsung products.

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!
