Its a must buy for whenever you're purchasing something that's expensive from Best buy If your item breaks they will give cash via gift card

I have had and needed to use BB's protection in the past. I would recommend it to anyone who is making a large purchase. For big ticket items, it is NOT a scam and totally worth every penny.

I never had a major problem. Geek squad are very professional and can work on any issue that you may have. Im thankful knowing they had my back.

After my computer suffered a little accident the geek squad was there to fix the problem and it was easy to solve the problem.

My 1st and, so far only, experience with the Squad was exceptionaslly good. My rep was as honest and forthright as man born of woman can be.

Having a warranty is the right thing to have, but adding more protection is just Smart.

Having the 2yr protection plan has came in handy a few times. If I didn't have it I would have been stuck buying a new TV. I recommend it to everyone buying a new TV. It's a life saver!!

Has proven itself valuable when my 50" TV picture stopped working.

Love that we have a protection still after the return date. I have had problems with TVs before after a year and unable to do anything about it.

They dont cover all cases they have listed and tey to escape from providing coverage. But do provide basic coverage. Overall not worth it. Paying 30 bucks to cover TV worth 150 bucks.
