Awsome service for those who does not take good care of computers. However, sometimes the waiting once you drop you device it can take some time for them to have it ready.

Highy recommend buying this when you purchase your t.v. Our t.v. went out and they replaced it.

They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

no matter the cost i always add the protection for 5 years and its been worth every penny plus the service is great!

Oh my gosh - we paid $50 for a 5 year warranty - with this going in our motorhome we couldn't pass it up. Yay
