    The last few times I've purchased a TV without the 2 yr plan my TV's went out. And with the plan the fixed it with no problems. I'll always get it in the future.

    They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

    The problem we had with this TV was its memory with streaming services. It was constantly buffering, even after we purchased a new modem and router. We got frustrated and Geek Squad agreed it was a faulty product, but the part's were unavailable for fixing it. We replaced it with a different brand.
