    I bought this 85” QN90D open-box TV and picked it up in-store. It was poorly packaged, had no accessories, and the screen was damaged from the start. I spoke to over 15 agents in-store, on Twitter, and through Best Buy chat — all said I was responsible and refused to help. Only one agent finally issued a return label after weeks of stress. It took 21 days to get my refund. Be extremely careful with open-box items. Customer support depends entirely on who you get — and most won't listen.
