    They came out said nothing's wrong but American home shield sent a Sony tech out through allstate and found the main board to be bad and they had a scanner to connect directly best buy techs just winged it

    I think this warranty is overpriced. I wanted to buy an after market one that was cheaper and longer, but BB sales put a scare into me saying they didn't cover this or that. I said I checked and they said they do. They said be sure you have it in writing. Didn't take a chance because ST doesn't send out contracts.So I bought Best Buys. It's only been about 6 months, hope I don't have to use it this soon or at all. Maybe I would recommend for peace of mind.
