No comments about the service because the guy delivered the tv and we took care of the rest.

They are the best when needed for service or over the phone.

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

I have had the protection plan and used in the past had no problem, they fixed my problem. The plan did what I wanted it to do very happy.

I mean, what can I say? I haven't used the 5 year warranty yet, but it is wonderful peace of mind for an expensive TV. The cost-benefit ratio works out for me. Even if I don't use it, I don't have to worry, and that is worth the cost to me.

When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

If you don't like manufacturers' warranties, best buy has a great price ... it's better since you can make an appointment and the technicians go to your house to check what is the problem with your device ... very good investment

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

I have had to file claims over the last few years and Geek Squad has never disappointed. Whether it was replacing a TV remote or a cell phone screen, they got me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I buy Geek Squad protection for most of my big Best Buy purchases

Great peace of mind that I hope goes unused. If something does go wrong, I'll have some recourse.

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

I haven't taken advantage of the service yet but it is good to have the peace of mind.

My wife and I purchased this tv with 5 year geek squad protection. The protection gives me peace of mind on a large purchase and to me it is definitely worth it whether I need their services or not.
