Haven’t had to use it yet, but always good to protect your investment.

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

The Geek guy was excellent. Very nice. Set up the TV very quickly and connected to the internet. I just don't know enough to know how to ask the questions. I'm sure I'll be contacting them soon. Nice to have access to an IT squad.

the truth is that in the long time I've been buying in electronics stores Best Buy is the best

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

I have a young child who is getting into baseball and this package let’s me sleep well at night knowing if a fly ball cracks it I am covered

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

We brought the TV home and set it up ourselves. Had no problem at all. Did not use GeekSquad but will if we have any problems.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.
