I love Geek Squad’s FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE!!!!

Geek squad insurance covers OLED burn in which is wonderful. I love the peace of mind that my devices will last a long time, thanks to geek squad.

So this is the second time I've purchased the extended warranty. It as already paid itself with another purchase I made that broke. So I don't think for the cost f the warranty that anyone can go wrong with it.

Have not had to use them on the Tnew TV yet. However, their work on my computers has been outstanding and I am sure they will be able to handle the TV problem, it one occurs. The contract is worth it!

moved a tv in rain and it didnt live. if i would have had a protect plan on it. ide a got a new one. so when i bought a new one. guess what... got me!

Unfortunately I never use it for any mounting or repairs, however, I was able to exchange a damaged TV which is still on warranty.Geek

Will not buy any Electronics without purchasing the in-home service warranty from geek Squad. I just feel that is necessary and well worth the money.

It’s always standard to get a protection plan for a new television or computer. It gives me a piece of mind to know it’s there when you need it.

The agents fixed my computer and fixed it fast. Explained everything in plain English so I could understand it, not computer talk. And was safe about it
