Haven't use this service yet but will be nice in the future if anything goes wrong

I always buy the protection plan. I have not had to use it on my purchase--fingers crossed I will never either.

This gives us comfort in case our new tv has any problems.

I have not had a situation when they are needed. This is a great insurance policy that keeps me relaxed knowing its available

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m sure the service they provide is epic. Hopefully I won’t need it for awhile though

Bought this in Hopes I wont need to use it. My last TV burned out after 16 months so this Keeps me from worrying about the what ifs.

Can't believe what all it covers we have a toddler and the guy said they would even replace the remote if it went missing like everything else in my house seems to!

It is a good one I definetly recommend it if it is not too expensive.

The Geek Squad protection plan provides peace of mind. Makes the Best Buy products even more valuable.

Best Buy potec5ion plans are the best out here. I buy my electronics from best buy for the potection plan alone.

This 5 year protection plan is a must for any large purchases. You do not want to be left out in the cold should anything happen to your product past its manufacturer's warranty date.

I always get the additional insurance/warranty for my purchases if it qualifies for one. It is worth it. Things do happen

Purchased tv in 2015, purchased Geek squad warranty then. Had issue with it GS came out and issued credit for full purchase price.

I was informed I can get my tv fixed if something is wrong with it. If they can’t fixed it they will replace it

We are very glad we purchased the 2 year standard protection for our new 50" Toshiba, it is well worth it. Hope we can extend it further to protect our awesome TV.

2 year warranty on my Xbox and it covers everything. I can’t be more pleased that it covers everything I need.

Always good to have your electronics protected. And the fact i buy most my electronics from BB its an all in one coverage

Some items don't require protections, but when in doubt you will not have a problem getting your item replaced or fixed with it.

I always get geek squad protection. It's worth the price and I never have issues getting things fixed/replaced.
