I bought the warranty plan so just crossing my fingers I never have to use it but feels nice to have an extra warranty on my tv for 2 years.

Didn't want to pass this up when I bought my new TV. Haven't needed it yet but comforting knowing I have it

Haven't had to use it on new tv but I always buy on off-brand product or cheapest deal. Best Buy has always been great about honoring when necessary.

Two months after buying a VIZIO 4k TV the GPU burned out and completely ruined the TV. The geeks took forever but ultimately did what they promised to do without much hassle.

I bought the 2 year protection for my new Toshiba TV. I haven't had to use it yet. I have the Geek Squad protection for my computer and just love it.

Geek service is the best service! Always there when we need them and very knowledgeable!
