    We always buy the geek squad protection. Best Buy really does fix or replace their products. The only issue is if they replace it, they take away your best buy points??? Never understood that?

    Every time I buy something from Best Buy I purchase the Geek Squad protection. If they can't fix it they'll replace it. No false promises.

    Whenever you make a big purchase, please get a protection plan because you never know what could happen! Best decision I ever made!
