Great product overall my family loves it we use it everyday and for the price not to bad.

Had this on a Vizio With 3.5 Years remaining. TV called for service. Tech was at my house for 3 minutes and said it cant be fixed . They couldn't replace it unless I went to the store. When at the store I lost the balance of the protection plan and there was not a TV that was equal to mine so I had to come up with an additional $400 to get one.

I have purchased your protection in the past. I would recommend it to anyone purchasing a tv.
