    I wouldn’t purchase a tv without the backup from the geek squad. You can bet that you’ll get the best service available.

    After buying a Sharp 32" TV, we decided to get the 5-year service agreement for peace of mind. Fortunately the TV has been great.

    I'd recommend Geek squad protection on any TV. Crazy things happen whether it's storming & lightning or just bought the "bad Apple" TV. GSP covers it

    Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.
