    Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.

    We don't usually buy the warranties for our products but this was just expensive enough to warrant it. Our previous electronics had an issue that were covered and Best Buy is good about replacing items.

    It was a seamless experience. I told the problem they looked up the item we exchanged the tv and were gone in under 20 minutes.

    Purchase The Geek Squad for my TV set. Hopefully I won't have any issues with it but Geek Squad is the best.
