How long does it take to ship an item for repair in the same state?? I dropped off a tv on a Sat. and saw on Wed. that its still at the same location..the service center is approx. 60 miles from the store. I will updste this if i ever get it back...fixed that is. But 4 know the 5yr warranty is not worth it.

for the price i paid for the 65 its always good to op in for the insurance they make your tv new if anything happens to it.

Always get extended warranty just in case. No issues no problem s but great to have that piece of mind at a good price

They came out said nothing's wrong but American home shield sent a Sony tech out through allstate and found the main board to be bad and they had a scanner to connect directly best buy techs just winged it
