Best Buy honors their warranty with all my past purchase. It is so worth it!

Never not get Geek Squad protection because it really pays off in the end.

Didnt have anyone set up product for us. but bought the protection incase for the future.

Geek squad service is a hit or miss depending on the person who handles your case but generally it is good and to me it worth the money.

I think the protection plans are a nice extension to the service contract and for an extra $35 or so dollars a reasonable investment.

They came out said nothing's wrong but American home shield sent a Sony tech out through allstate and found the main board to be bad and they had a scanner to connect directly best buy techs just winged it

The crew carefully place my TV on the wall and connected all the cable cords correctly. Thanks
