Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

The 5 year protection plan was offered and honored without any problems in an expeditious manner.

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

I love the new tv i got .You cant go wrong with any of the SONY Bravia They will last at least 20yrs..

The agent was knowledgeable and very polite. Wasted no time figuring out my issues. I suggest purchasing the 5 year warranty on all larger TVs. It worked well for me.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

The Geek Squad fixed my iPhone faster and better than the Apple Store and it cost me less Thank you Geek Squad

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

I have this tv for 2 years without an issue. Easy to and learn. I LOVE SAMSUNG.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

Paid for a 5 yr coverage agreement. Was told it would start at the end of the manufacturers warranty effectively providing six years of coverage. Not so. It starts from day one so it really is just a four year warranty. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing
