I went in with an issue related to my laptop booting up and processing functions at an acceptable speed. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve ebeything to my satisfaction

We bought this for our new 4K TV. We haven't had to use it yet but its nice to know we have it

I always recommend protection for your electronics. If something goes wrong you can always exchange your product if that's an option or money back.

Got this with a tv. They came out and tested it when the screen went black. Replaced the tv immediately.

I like the coverage but my tv broke and had to be replaced it was still in the factory warranty but since they replaced the tv I had to purchase a new warranty I didn't like doing that but I'd rather have the coverage
