Don’t always purchase a Geek Squad Service however when you make an investment this large this give me peace on mind for 5 years.

Love the service I receive when I need help from Geek squad

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

When I brought the tv back they gave me my money back for the warranty but wanted me to apply for a Best Buy card I said no that’s why u buy warranty for things I was not pleased everything I brought from them

I recommend getting the geek squad plan, especially for those expensive purchases. The no hassle replacement is EVERYTHING. I have kids and they can look at something and it will break. Lol. Fortunately geek squad has always been there to rescue us. Thanks best buy and geek squad. Fast, friendly service that's worth every penny.

We depend on the Geek Squad to help us when we have issues we cannot resolve on our own. Having the Service gives us peace of mind and the squad members are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and available.

An extended warranty from BestBuy is a great idea for expensive items like refrigerators. I used it once for the ice maker and later when the compressor went out. After a couple of repairs, they decided to replace the whole refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty!

I’m elderly and not good with computers so it absolutely pays me to have help,ALOT. The Geeksquad is available anytime, their nice, patient, understanding and very helpful. My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

The service Geek squad has provided has been great, they have been helpful for us every time we need their expertise. As a Geek squad member, we also save money.

I've had no beed of this yet, but previous products have been well serviced by them

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.
