as always... Geek Squad is always very helpful. Just give them a call. I haven't had a problem at all with this TV i boight, just little questions here and here. But I know i am fully covered if something happens to it

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I’ve had Geek Squad protection on many, many products. In those are events that I have had to use it, the service has been stellar and able to resolve the issue in short order or I was provided with a replacement.

They have always gave customer service when I came into the store

We had Geek squad extended warranty on our last television and because we had it and the tv failed we got credit for a new one. That is why we bought it on this new TV.

I always purchased 5 year extended warranty it’s worth it and it gives you peace of mind, had 3 TVs in the future with Horizontal lines and the replace it with a better tv cause the model I bought was no longer.
