We usually purchase the Geek Squad Protection for all of the products we buy. You never know when you might need it.

Got this for my new TV, and think it is a great idea in the situation where my TV breaks within 5 years. Does not cover accidental damage for TVs but its always better to be safe than sorry.

I haven't had to use the services of the Geek Squad since purchasing the product but I have had to use it on another purchase.

The crew at Geek Squad are amazing. They are always helpful and friendly, always arrive on time and get things fixed or replaced every time

Never buy anything electronic without it! I buy Protection plans on all my electronics, well worth it. A bit extra up front, but can save you a ton on the back end.

Great TV has all the features you need including Apple TV!

Good service, but they don’t get you a replacement television until a 30 day wait period is over.

Hopefully i dont have to use it because something broke.

I purchased this for my surface computer. NO questions asked. The product ended up being recalled and they gave me a credit for EVERYTHING! So friendly and helpful!

I have used the geek squad in the past and the insurance is worth the money. Covers pretty much any issue that might pop up.

Helps to have the coverage for 5 years when you’re unsure of what could happen to any electronic device. Gives some security.

I purchased the extended warranty for my Samsung 60” tv just in case something happened to it. Luckily I did cause after two years it went out and Samsung would not help.

I have found that most TVs last 4 to 5 years before needing service. The geek squad warranty just bought me a new TV when the old one could not be repaired. It's a must have

I glad I got the 5 year protection. Most things don't happen right away, but 5 years down the road anything could happen. I won't be worried because I went ahead with the protection plan.

Geek squad service - please take it if you have the option. It will save you a bunch of money in the future and it will never disappoint you

Always need some back up, I think the value isn’t always there for the amount of time your covered but better than no coverage.

We have full service geek squad protection and always pleased with the help received, so added protection when we purchased a new TV.
