Purchased this with my mom’s TV should anything happen.

The agent was very knowledgeable of product and guided me through all the steps I needed to get it up and running properly.

Geek Squad service is always top notch. They seem to always know what the problem is. Never had a bad experience with them.

I haven't had to use the Geek squad yet, but I included it in my purchase because I learned my lesson from an old purchase.

Having the plan helps to reassure that I will have a good chance of getting a replacement if my product somehow gets damaged

Best service plan around... They have always come thru with the service plans I've purchased in the past.

Using for a PC monitor, had a dead pixel on my unit. Eended up going with the 42" C2. The 48 C1 was a great looking if you can sit back far enough.

Normally geeksquad is the best protection plan in the industry. They are a great example of what all retailers should do.

We have used the Geek Squad for years. They are always helpful and can quickly correct almost anything.

The Geeks have always been helpful. I’ve only had one instance that the initial person was useless, besides that, they are worth it.

5 year in home service warranty straight from Best Buy. When you spend more than $2k on a tv this is a must.

My dealings with the Geek Squad Sservices has been nothing but stelar. What some tend to forget it is ONLY for 2 years and after that, you're on your own.
