Bought the protection plan incase the unthinkable happens to an open box item

Love it always good to have a warranty for products protection

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.

Geek Squad Protection was well worth the money! It comes with little extras that you just don't think about. They not only installed my TV(believe me, the owner's manual left out a lot of steps), but they hauled away my old TV (there is normally a fee for this). The agents were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain all of the features of my new TV.

They We're very efficient in coming to check my t. V. And getting everything set up to get exchanged in a very timely manner, very grateful for their help.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

Good price and good TV, excellent service and customer service

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

So glad we got the warranty. My children threw something at the TV and geek squad was easy to communicate with to schedule an appointment.

I am happy the geek squad protection plan was purchased. This purchase will give me peace of mind in case something happens to the television. Even though the television is new sometimes things happen unexpectedly without warning. So having this will eliminate any uneasiness of this purchase. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Geek squad is always the goat of all warranties. They always take care of any issues.

The only problem with this is it doesn’t take over until my TCL warranty goes away. So I paid for 5 years but will only get 4? Kinda crappy especially since TCL is hell to deal with and now I’m stuck with a defective TV until the warranty I paid for takes over.

Good value, reasonable cost, but could be made better with a "no use" small rebate. If you do not use the insurance at all. They rebate 25% of the cost in gift card value? This would add value and make the insurance even more attractive.

Bought my dad a new TV and there was no doubt that I was going to purchase a 2 year protection plan. I have purchased a tv in the past and did not get a protection plan, after my 1 year warranty was up I started to notice screen burn in...needless to say there was nothing I could do about it. Not no more, that will never happen to me again. A MUST HAVE!
