This is a very valuable warranty for five years after original warranty

One star lost after anticipated repair wasn't listed as solution (though appears to have occured) When I brought in my son's tablet for repair, the technician felt the port was bad and wrote it up as such. When it was returned, no port repair was listed, but upon observation, it appears to have been performed. I would have liked the complete repair process to have been documented. The charge cord was replaced as listed repair. Ultimately, the tablet is working/charging properly but I'm worried about the process. This time it was an unlisted repair. Next time it could be a claimed repair that wasn't performed.

Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

I'm hoping that years down the road I will look back and say this was a well decided upon option that I never had to use. I like what all coverage this Geek Squad Protection offers beyond the manufactures warrantee. It wasn't a pressure sell item presented to me, but something I was interested in purchasing before ever making my TV puchase. As mentioned, I hope never to have to take Best Buy up on it, but it's pure peace of mind if I have to.
