Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Removal of the old refrigerator and installation of the new one done quickly and efficiently. Great service.

Being covered is worth it especially when you don’t have to cone out if your pocket spending to much money

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

Agents mounted my 65in tv real easily, they were very curtious, they set the tv up so i had nothing to but watch it. Plus they took away all the wrapping.

Insurance for your Best Buy purchased TV. Spending hundreds or thousands on a tv, you’ll want this on the outside chance of that power surge, lighting strike or product failure.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.
