I haven't had to use this service, so it is kind of hard to review. But, for peace of mind, it is good.

I did get the extra warranty for the TV but haven't had to use it yet therefore can't really say how well it will work for me but I am hoping with it being from Best Buy it will work very well for me

My tv is protected for 5 years so if i have a probkem i just call geek squad & they will come fix it or replace it.
