    I always buy the protection package. Best Buy is great at honoring their warranty - way better than other companies.

    Upon downloading my Anti virus I was asked if there was anything else I wanted after listening to me I was given an ETA when everything will be done. True to his word my notebook was ready in fact sooner that estimated. Everything was as I requested.
