Bought the 5 year warranty to protect my new Toshiba TV

I haven’t needed to use it yet but it certainly gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s available if I have any problems.

I have used Geek Squad Protection twice to replace tvs. Will always recommend it on expensive electronics. Geek Squad always very professional in handling claims.

I needed this plan just in case additional help was needed for items purchased. Wasn’t clear on what the Geek Squad does.

I've had three occasions to use Geek Squad services since buying my Dell Laptop last November - each time the service was expert and timely. I recommend them highly.

I always recomend geek squad for all purchases. This helps for any unexpected issues that you might have with your device.

Not sure what this is even protecting at this point but best buy keeps great records so if I need it they'll take care of me.

Got with new tv purchase on sale so got deal on geek squad warranty. Have not yet to have to use it and hopefully do not have to but gives peace of mind it is therw if and when needed.

Great service plan for your electronics. Best Buy holds up to their great service plans.

I can say good or bad because I haven’t had to use the service. So I only gave it 4 stars but it’s good to have

I like the peace of mind when I need the service I don’t have to worry about the cost… it’s included.

I like the concept of Geek Squad protection. I have not had to use it thus far but I am comforted knowing my TV is covered.

The squad did dropped off the TV at schedules time but didn’t handled it with care, but the product is good so far.

First, buy your cell phones through bestbuy, then always get this insurance for your phones. Trust me, it's worth the cost!
