If I could give it a 0 star I would, brand new tv came broke and customer service was terrible saying it’s nothing they could do about it

Hoping that I wont need it. But, peace of mind for burn in coverage.

Haven't had to use the service thankfully, but it is always worth the peace of mind knowing it is there if/when you need it.

Better to be safe than sorry. We purchased this 2yr plan just in case anything was to go wrong, we are covered and dont have to pay a huge amount to get it repaired

I always purchase this services as it comes in handy.

Great to have should you get overwhelmed with today's technology, they will walk you through it.

My Sharp 50in hdtv panel failed to work after have it for only 2years. Lucky I bought the 5 year plan and they replaced my tv with the newest upgrade..

if you buy an expensive gadget I really recommend you this warranty, best buy has the best costumer service.

I have not had to use it and hope not to. But, is a goof Idea because I have been burned before with the last TV that I purchased. So, I do recommend.

Got to always get protection on tv. Just in case of any accidentall damages.

It's always a smart investment to protect your electronics weather It's repairs, updates and or replacement.

I haven't needed them for this particular purchase but I've used them before and they are great, friendly and knowledgeable.

It's nice to know if I have a problem with my tv I can get it fixed without worrying. It's well worth the money !

Generelly stick with HP computers and i am pleased. The camera quality could be better however everythjng else is great!!
