never had a 4k tv ever but this was an amazing purchase

Have'nt had problems with TV. Its only a month since i purchased it, but like the peace of mind knowing that if there's a problem i can call the Geek Squad. Bought a two year extended warranty.

Fast and easy customer service hassle free experience

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

I get this on everything I buy over $100 due to I've had plenty of things die on me prematurely, after the manufacturer warrantee.

I will tell you right now I always recommend a five-year warranty when you buy a TV especially if you're a type of smart buyer that doesn't constantly buy like some Enthusiast or fomo having person. I

I had some issues with my television, due to an update on when updating the software. Finally, after some time the manufacturer sent out a tech to remove some hardware on my tv and replace it. My warranty did not start till within a year from the purchased date. And that is ok, my television is still on and taken care of either way... It just took a couple of days like 30-45 days due to scheduling and procedures with the manufacturer. However, it saved me a couple hundred dollars...

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Recommend getting a protection plan for TV with todays disposable TVs. Twice I was in my warranty period and BB replaced my TV for free with a new TV.

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

Our tv's soind went on the fritz roght before my parents came in town. Nick helped us out over the phone to find a similar tv, but we couldnt confirm the availability of it in-store. I went in-person, scheduled a pickup delivery of the defective tv and picked up the replacement tv while I was there. Jason and Jennifer were awesome helping me out. Kim also called me to see how things went so far with the whole process. The return pickup was quick, but the credit took the longest...if you can help it, wait to have the Delivery team pickup the defective tv and replace your tv so you dont have to wait for any credit/refund. Based on your circumstances, you may not be able to go this route, but be prepared to wait a bit. Whenever I called the Support line to get an update, I was surprised that the information was slightly different each time.

Love the geek squad- wish they had more resources and better customer service infrastructure

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall
