New tv for family but it need more big size tv morw 72 should it next time thank you enjoy my new account with Best Buy

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.

It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

If you can’t afford buying another device if it broke, you could get this. Don’t blame a toddler for something you could have prevented!!!!

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

I haven’t used the geek squad yet but once I have a problem with the tv they will be the first to know

I always splurge for the 5 year Best Buy Extended Warranty because I sleep better at night knowing that if I have any issue with any of my TV's that are 43 inches and up, which are all of them, that Geek Squad will come out to look at them and take care of any issue other that physical damage caused by neglect etc. Most people are unaware that a one year manufacture warranty means that after the 15,30 or 45th day that one is allowed to return an item for a refund or exchange means that you will be left to deal only with the TV manufacture. I equate that to being on a raft in the middle of the ocean.

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I truly recommend this protection I always like to buy extra protection for the items that I buy , if you want to be with no worries just get the protection plan.

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!
