I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

So easy and worth it! 5 year protection plan on a Hi Sense tv, it lasted about 4. 2 phone calls and 3 days later, brand new TV delovered to my door and they hauled away the old.

I would never not have this extended warranty. I’ve used it many times and it made me feel very confident to continue to purchase these by the way they handle problems.

Tv was wonderful. Loved the picture quality and interface! Would definitely purchase again. Im starting to really become a fan of roku tvs as a brand.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

Always buy the warranty. Bought it for an LG we used to have and glad I did cus that tv took a dump on me. Best Buy made it easy to replace

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

Good price, nice size for a small desk. Curve adds some nice angles to the view.
