I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

I used to work for Geek Squad for years and customers who bought it and would need us to repair or replace the TV were so happy they did. Customers who didn't were always made at us when their TV broke and either spent a lot of money fixing it or bought another TV. I always get the protection plans, reduces the stress for when things go wrong.

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

Highly recommended you never know when you may need tos service and to have the piece of mind is worth it to us

2 year warranty from Geek Squad for TV purchase. No brainer.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I will see if I get any use out of this. I guess protecting a new tv is worth it in the long run.

My lg tv broke after 3 years, luckily I had geek squad, they could not fix tv so gave me gift card for what I originally paid and used it on new and better tv….I always get geek squad, no brainer

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Hope we never have to use it. Normally I don't purchase a warranty. Have never owned a T. V. like this so I figured the warranty might be a good idea

The Geek Squad is the best! They are always helpful when I have a problem. I wouldn’t buy a product without getting their protection plan.

Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!
