It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV. I didn't want to feel cheated by Samsung again and I know that the Geek Squad and Best Buy will back up the product.

I am not tech minded much at all, so when I encounter a issue or problem in the tech field, my go to people are the Geek Squad. They are fantastic and I'd be lost if I didn't have them to reach out too when I have difficulties or questions. Best investment I have every made.

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.
