I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

I’ve always purchased a protection plan on my items. Geek squad has always been helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and a product. Very professional as well highly recommended to get a protection plan.

So glad I got this protection plan! It paid for itself shortly after the first year when my manufacturers warranty ran out. In-home service was excellent. Unfortunately I had to buy a new plan with the new replacement TV.
