I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

I recently bought a TV and they can be smart but they can also break so by buying insurance gives me a piece of mind that if it stops working I can get it fixed and my money won’t go straight into the garbage

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

The warranty was reasonable. Although I have not had to use it, this will definitely be helpful if something happens.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

the squad were able to replace my tv without issue. the squad removed the old tv, hooked up the new tv, and connected all of the other devices. very satisfied.

I bought this to install my laptop hard drive. It made it easy they transferred the system from the old one and did all the installations. Something came loose 6 months the after I brought the laptop back in they fixed it with no charge. I'm a welder and a mechanic i do not work on PC anything this coverage was worth every penny
