Bought a LG G4 oled and theres no way im paying this price wirhout the protection olan! Now my family has peace of mind that if anything happens, best buy will help us out!

They arrived on time. Did what they were supposed to do and gave an overview of the TV.

Covers everything. When something stops working you give it to the geek squad and they hand you a gift card for the purchase amount. Easy as pie.

Having a five year warranty on any electronics these days is a very smart decision. It’s well worth the money because of the product has issues before five years is up. It’s gonna cost you a lot more money to fix it. I would highly recommend getting the five year warranty it has worked well for us.

The geek squad protecrion was a very good buy being that my items usually hv slite problems not all the time some times

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

Great deal to cover my LG OLED. Super nice to know that if my OLED get burn in, it'll be covered.

They told the truth when a thing happened they gave us a new one.
