Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

I really appreciate and love the installers because they walk me through it explained everything to me and fixed and clean what they messed up

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

Thank God I have not had to use the insurance but on other occasions I have used it with other items and it has been a blessing

You absolutely MUST get a 5 year SERVICE PLAN when purchasing SAMSUNG SMART TVs because my last two TVs went in 2 years and 3 years. It's truly a NO BRAINER.

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days

We purchased the protection plan at the recommendation of the salesman at Best Buy. We were purchasing a new Samsung SMART 3D 4K TV and he thought we should have it for our peace of mind. We have problems with our power going out when it gets windy, and we were told that power flickering and power outages can potentially damage TVs. We opted to purchase the protection plan so we could feel better about our large investment in our new TV.

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.
