Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.

I am a true believer in the warranty program for big ticket items. I had purchased a TV previously and after a few years there were major issues. Geek squad came & removed older TV and gave me full credit to purchase a replacement. They then came & installed the new TV. They were great to work with.

When purchasing the Hisense U8G wanted to make sure I get from Best Buy warranty no other protection plan even comes close to giving you money back when tv can not be fixed. Remember don’t use warranty 1st year. The manufacturer needs to help. 2nd year and on is when you use

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.
