I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

I don’t often by service or insurance but once in a while with specific products and needs, it’s a good idea and can be worth the money.

They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.

Piece of mind to have in case with any issues. Great electronic products coming out every day but harder to fix need a AV TECH for these new electronics.

Love having the option to purchase Geek Squad protection on my purchases. They are knowledgeable and if they can’t fix it they will exchange it or give you a refund.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

So we haven't had to use this yet thankfully but the peace of mind makes us very happy.

I'm so happy I got the service plan for my new tv. It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

Always there when needed! Definitely helped fix a couple of my issues.

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.
