If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

Great for protection and secure your purchased items

My tv installation was very simple. All that was required was mounting the tv on the wall. I dont have any other devices that needed to be connected to my tv.

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv

The Geek Squad offers you valuable product protection either in person or on line. They are always accessible on line and can answer and solve many problem on line. Also, their in house service is very fast and the employees are very professional.
