Years ago, I relied on manufacturers warranties until I had a really, REALLY bad experience. I now buy Geek Squad protection for every Best Buy purchase and am 100% satisfied. They're well trained, show up on time and fully explain the issue. Worth every dime!

Not had to use it yet for this particular item. Past experience is awesome.

The 2 men that delivered the freezer took it from the Box bring it into the house set it up open the Freezer set all the racks in everything was perfect 2 great service man they even took the empty Box..

As long as when my tv breaks they repair or replace it this service is worth it with 3 small kids, i already lost 2 tvs to these gremlins.

So far, so good. Haven't had to use it yet. Would purchase again.

I hate to say it but you need to protect your electronics purchases nowadays. This has come in handy for me on several occasions.

Have not needed it but got out of peace of mind. Couldn’t be any happier in the case it was need.

I usually get the geek squad protection with my electronics to give me piece of mind that im covered if something goes wrong

geek squad does everything but replace panels. the repair service of my tv was great the guy came in did the work and left. no hasstle at all. same with my computer however they do not fix panels for tvs so don't buy this warranty if you're looking to have panels replaced due to children.

I’m recommending to everyone should purchase extended warranty on electronics
